A few extensions-specific policies to note:
- All new extension clients will need to book an in-person consultation where your stylist will be able to determine a) if you’re a good candidate for extensions, b) what type of extensions will be best for your needs and hair and c) which length and color we’ll need to order for you. We’ll then be able to give you a price quote based on these factors.
- Because we need to allow for ample shipping time for the hair, we’ll need to book your appointment at least 10 days after your consult and we require a non-refundable deposit that will typically be 25-50% of the total cost.
- Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask for 72 hour advance notice otherwise you may be charged the full price of the service.
- Each new installation appointment includes cutting to blend your extensions with your natural hair and a full blow-dry and style. We’ll also send you home with sulfate-free (SLS & SLES) shampoo and conditioner, a Wet Brush, a silk pillowcase and a detailed guide for how to care for your extensions after you leave the salon.
